Leveling and straightening walls and floors ensures straight surfaces before paneling or other finishing.
Floor Restoration
Preparation of floor for drains and waterproofing (e.g., before tiling). Base screeds and base reinforcement are performed if needed.
Wall and Ceiling Paneling
We install new wall and ceiling panels from natural wood, such as spruce, aspen or heat-treated wood. Work is done carefully under vapor and thermal insulation conditions.
Thermal and Vapor Barrier Preparation
We properly insulate sauna walls and ceiling with mineral wool and vapor barrier film. This ensures effective thermal insulation and structural durability.
Bench and Shelf Installation
We manufacture and install new sauna shelves according to client wishes – in traditional or modern style. Shelves are made to order.
Preparation for Ventilation
Spaces and routes for ventilation are left in structures so that the installer can later connect the system without demolition work.
Surface Finishing
We treat wood surfaces with suitable protective agents (e.g., paraffin oil) that protect wood from heat and moisture and make the surface beautiful and durable.

The responsible master checks if the measurer has taken everything into account, listens to your wishes and adjusts the cost estimate if necessary. When the final estimate is approved, we agree on the schedule and costs in the contract and set the work start date.

We start the renovation
We work strictly according to plan. The masters together with the responsible master start demolition work, preparations, then rough and finishing work. Throughout the renovation, weekly reports are prepared on the work done. We have a phased payment system — you pay in parts, and only after the work is completed.
