Large project of interior demolition of 52 apartments in Helsinki in 2023. We performed bathroom and sauna demolition work and prepared spaces for electrical and plumbing work.

Detached house roof renovation in summer 2024. We fixed leaks and got the roof into proper condition professionally.
Apartment Painting Helsinki
We particularly enjoyed completing a painting project for a couple moving into their first home in Finland. We aimed to stick to the schedule while ensuring quality work that wouldn't spoil such an important moment. The work went well, though paint on one wall dried faster in one spot than usual, which slightly affected the schedule. Unfortunately, during painting I slightly touched the ceiling, so I'll return to fix it in my free time. Otherwise, the residents were satisfied and gave good feedback on the work, despite minor setbacks. Note that photos show only painting, but in reality I also restored and painted door frames and made new wooden entrance door thresholds.
