The responsible master checks if the measurer has taken everything into account, listens to your wishes and adjusts the cost estimate if necessary. When the final estimate is approved, we agree on the schedule and costs in the contract and set the work start date.

We start the renovation
We work strictly according to plan. The masters together with the responsible master start demolition work, preparations, then rough and finishing work. Throughout the renovation, weekly reports are prepared on the work done. We have a phased payment system — you pay in parts, and only after the work is completed.

The end of the renovation is the awaited moment for you and reporting time for the masters. We sign the final work report. Your new cozy apartment is ready for moving day!
