Renovation Steps: What We Do
1. Demolition Work
We remove old coverings such as tiles, old paint or waterproofing. Demolition is done carefully so that substrates are completely bare and clean for the next work stages. Construction waste is packed and removed.
2. Base Preparation
We level walls and floors. Walls are leveled with plaster, and floors are poured with self-leveling compound. This stage directly affects tile installation accuracy and waterproofing durability.
3. Waterproofing
We install certified waterproofing for wet spaces on walls and floor. This prevents moisture from entering structures and prevents mold problems. Work is performed according to regulations and manufacturer instructions.
4. Tiling
We install floor and wall tiles accurately and evenly, using quality tile adhesive and correct tile spacing. Depending on the client's chosen tile, we use either large tiles, small mosaic or classic 20x20 cm tiles.
5. Ceiling and Finishing
We offer ceiling finishing, such as painted surface, aluminum or PVC panels or, if desired, light suspended ceiling solutions. The ceiling is chosen based on practicality and ease of maintenance.
6. Furniture Installation (Optional)
We install pre-purchased mirror cabinets, shelves, towel hooks and other wall accessories if the client wishes. Furniture is attached tightly and evenly, considering tiles and surface materials.
7. Cleaning and Handover
We clean all work areas and hand over the space to the client fully ready for use. Together we check all details and ensure the client is satisfied before completing the project.
What Renovation Does Not Include
- Installation or replacement of water and sewer pipes
- Performing electrical work or adding outlets
- Design or interior design services
If needed, we cooperate with the client through plumbers and electricians, coordinating our schedule with their work.

Meet the responsible master and sign the contract
The responsible master checks if the measurer has taken everything into account, listens to your wishes and adjusts the cost estimate if necessary. When the final estimate is approved, we agree on the schedule and costs in the contract and set the work start date.

We start the renovation
We work strictly according to plan. The masters together with the responsible master start demolition work, preparations, then rough and finishing work. Throughout the renovation, weekly reports are prepared on the work done. We have a phased payment system — you pay in parts, and only after the work is completed.

The end of the renovation is the awaited moment for you and reporting time for the masters. We sign the final work report. Your new cozy apartment is ready for moving day!
